The apartment was amazing! It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, toaster, and even barbecue facilities. It made cooking and grilling so much fun for our family.
Personally, I found the hydromassage shower a bit too intense. It might be perfect for others who enjoy strong water pressure, but I prefer a gentler shower experience.

The hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making our Christmas stay truly memorable. We were greeted by friendly staff who gave us useful information about the area and helped us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. the hotel offered well-equipped rooms and spotlessly clean facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were some downsides to our experience. the room we stayed in was quite small, making it difficult to navigate around the bed.

This place is in a great location, close to the metro station and many restaurants. The apartment is spacious, with big rooms, a comfortable living room, and a well-prepared kitchen. The bathroom is clean and the property overall is excellent. The owners and staff, Fabrizio, Roberto, and Dana, are friendly and accommodating. They provide helpful information about the area and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They even organize transportation and provide pastries upon arrival.
There is no negative feedback about the hotel.

Perfectly located near Rome's main bus and train station, Luxury Domus was a great base for exploring the city. The self-catering apartments offered a comfortable and spacious stay with stunning features like covered terraces and gardens. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with all the necessary appliances, making us feel right at home. Plus, the complimentary bottle of prosecco added a touch of luxury to our stay. The shared hot tub was just the cherry on top, allowing us to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It was like having our own private oasis in the heart of Rome.
Slight inconvenience with external staircase.

My family and I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Rome. We were there for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and attractions like the Colosseum. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The garden area was a great bonus, with seating and a jacuzzi. The host, Roberto, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning. We even received a lovely gift of Prosecco upon arrival. it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The apartment at Luxury Domus in Rome was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, toaster, and even barbecue facilities. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and having family barbecues right in our own space. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The private bathroom was luxurious, with a hairdryer and a cozy bathrobe. it felt like a home away from home.
The hydromassage shower in the private bathroom was not really our thing, but hey, some people might find it relaxing.

We got incredible value for our money at this amazing hotel. The room was impeccable and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the metro station and a short walk to the Colosseum. The staff, especially Roberto and Fabrizzio, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provide us with great recommendations.
The only small improvement that could be made would be to have more breakfast items available.
